One quality-of-life improvement, for me at least, is to swap the left-click mouse from attack to just walking. Because you're always going to use Heavy Strike on enemies anyway

That green-ish ghost gets inside rare enemies or legendary and makes them much stronger, but it also make their loot much better. Also does that to every enemy it touches
