Did a full body yesterday, going to do arms today. SIMPLE QUICK WORKOUT

Biceps and triceps Old school style

WARM UP
-Wrist turns
-Wrist Stretches'
-Bicep Ez Bar Curls 20 reps (wide and narrow grip)
-Tricep Overhead press with EZ (Wide and Narrow)

WORKING SETS 3X12-15
BICEP
-DB Concentration Curls (Seated or bent-over)
-Hammer Curls Bent over (Old school)
-Zott Curls (Old school)

TRICEPS
-Gymnastic Ring press
-Overhead press w/ DB
-KickBacks

FOREARM
-Curls
