YUP! Another stream of me training......
[Philosophy of life and training]
I've been having a hectic week before my birthday(21st april) trying to increase the output of content, my design work etc. It's as important to have playtime or something that balances you out from usual tasks such as sitting at a desk etc.
A principle I keep: "To take something, you must give something"
Taker needs a giver.
I do design, train BJJ, train bodybuilding, yoga etc. I give away a lot of mental stimuli along with some of my body composition from sitting at the desk, putting stress on my back from training and many more things!
If I want to perform these I have to keep in mind of the "give". This brings us to training or days off! I have mobility sessions to "give back" to my joints and body which aids in recovery, takes stress from certain areas, and keeps me functioning.
My main focus has been kinetic chain energy and muscle activation to target imbalances.
If you sit a lot (most of us do) it is absolutely crucial to train anything physical and work on mobility. There are no excuses for this. I've seen people in 20 and 30's that ignore these simple facts and when I look at them, it's almost shameful how they ruin a beautiful human body.
