I personally am not so sure about the Altcoin Boom rumors. I mean BTC dominance although it grew a little bit in the last months but it is still very low compared to last year. You guys really think the BTC dominance is over? Not so sure about that really. But of course I also hold a lot of different coins so I would have no problem wit it at all. 😅

Unfortunately I think the overall trend in BTC is still down and we may be currently in a "dead cat bounce". So I think that the rally in alt-coins could just be more speculation fuelled by news and not by projects achieving significant milestones in their roadmap.

TA is one of many ways to analyse the market to try to make a prediction (guess) of the future based on past market movements and what you think others will do. Since everybody is looking at the same charts they also can make similar predictions. TA alone can not predict all market movements but it's a useful tool to make a qualified guess. More useful for day/swing trading I would think. Long term investments the research becomes more important...
