Hey everyone!
Going to a jam? Want to have a smaller set up for a small pub, or club?
Watch this video!

Minimalist Gear

Quite often, it is not logical to bring a lot of gear to a gig. The reasons may be:

  • It's a gig that is Back lined (meaning amps, and drums are already set up - each band plays the same gear).

  • It's a jam session, not a paid gig.

  • You are traveling, and need to carry as little as possible.

I end up using only the Vox MV50AC head and a Tone Tubby 112 a lot these days. It's just easier to set up fast, and get a great sound, with little to no worries about something breaking.

Using this set up, I only need to roll back my volume for a great clean tone, as the gain is set, and stays on.

Thanks for watching Steem On!!!
