Well... Self esteem is necessary to be healthy and happy but the question is, How am I have a good self esteem?
People need be happy, feeling love about others but most important, need love themselves.
Every single person at this world is important and deserve be loved, this way we can help to give a better self esteem to others.
Say to kids, family and friends that you love them.
Congratulate your coworkers for their achievements and encourage them when they make mistakes.
We can made a better world!!!
