意料之外的日式餐廳🍣🍱

這次介紹的日式料理店位於天后電氣道，屈指一算已有三年多未有踏足此地，那裡曾經滿載著最快樂的回憶，同時亦是最滿載心傷往事的地方。

也許，花開花落早已是不變的定律，又或許我只是希望得到從前的快樂，更夢想回到甚麼事都未發生的過去。但一直在想何不放開懷抱，好好再次享受美好的食物呢？

原訂享用一頓日本燒烤，怎料到下班突然招來風雨，唯有急忙找另一家店與家人用餐。

這間店舖已經開張了一段時間，店面不算大，一整排吧檯，還有一間雅緻的廂房與數張枱子。

地方雖小，但環境清幽，讓人彷彿置身於日本居酒屋。雖然牆身的黑板寫上滿滿的食物名，但缺少了很多想吃的經典菜式，不禁有些失望。

店員為我們安排座位後，先倒上熱茶，再遞上餐牌。然而店員並沒有像日本的料理店般熱情為我們推介店內的招牌菜，也許是香港的食客比較有主見，不喜歡被人左右自己的選擇吧！

季節魚薄切(配酸汁)
師傳為我挑選了來自「深海池魚 」，賣相一流，配上酸汁，非常開胃。如果配上辣羅白蓉，口感更為突出。

香蒽肥吞拿魚蓉拌鵪鶉蛋(配紫菜)
賣相的確不錯，但略嫌蒽味不太夠。紫菜亦不夠脆，未入口已經質感變軟。不過吞拿魚蓉入口即溶，口感一流。

日本小青椒燒得香噴噴，味道卻與想像中有很大的出入，偏咸與多油。

和牛炒飯
飯粒焦香亦夠乾身，火候控制相當出色。和牛用料新鮮，醬汁與飯粒的味道非常配合。

倉促之下選擇的餐廳，果然還是不及精心挑選的餐廳質素高呢！
