      I always liked the rain too; gentle rain, as well as thunderstorms. Thunderstorms always served to remind me of how weak we truly are; even the biggest, meanest and bad'est of our lot are reduced to dust in comparison.

      It is cleansing too....

        Very cleansing. :) I love the rain. But then, I live in high desert so it's rare here and I've become accustomed to lots of sunshine, so it's like a present. I might feel sun deprived if I lived in a really rainy place, I don't know. XD

          I love the rain. It is a welcome relief from the dry heat of the dry season. I love hearing it on our tin roof. And the smell! I wish I could bottle it for later use...
