I think humans can be trusted. :) But I agree with you that we are working towards a perfect reward system. And that we are taking steps in the right direction every day. I think if you empower humans they will do good things :)

I think it's good that you are bringing out lots of ideas it's amazing to see over there. Bought in another 174 SCR today. And will do some more in 2 days. I live in a country pretty close to the Scorum team that seems to be coming from Minsk. I can say that the culture here people really take work and projects serious to do an amazing job. People are very professional. The culture is a bit either you are a winner or not a winner here haha.
While mainly in the West things can be a bit more soft in terms of competitive side. They just don't have the extra drive to make something epic. It's more soft. While here they love more to compete and be the best and do something amazing that stands out. So I think that can be really great.
