If you've seen some of my recent videos, I've been trying to take my practice back to the beauty and grace of spinner pole after having a couple months of mostly solid ninja-ing and strength moves on static pole. Spinner pole was my favorite to play on when I first started pole because of the excitement and POLETENTIAL to use momentum for your tricks! Pole makes me so happy - it really is pole for the soul! Hope you enjoy today's spinner combo dlivers! It features a pretty climb variation, leg switches down spinner pole (no hands) including a switch to the other side, and a new bendy shape I learned.
