Programs used to make the image was Corel Painter 2018, and Adobe Photoshop CS6.

lol the video got screwed up after encoding, because i had to make it super compressed coz my internet is wack. but i kinda like the way it jumps and jiggles

My friend Boo Ehrsam, whom I've referenced in my posts, is a lifelong working artist in Pinellas Park, Florida. She is a truly amazing artist.
Her niece, Laura Spencer, decided to attend Ringling College of Art, in Sarasota, which is quite a pricey private school, but she made it work, and graduated a couple of years ago. Her senior project was a set of tarot cards, which were really well received by the school, and turned out fabulously well.

thanks! this is the 4th card in the series. you should check my other cards as well! the video i made for this post got messed up during encoding, but i liked it, so i used it anyway. its too bad dlive is screwing up their thumbnails though

Yeah, I've yet to have dlive not screw up a video so far, so at this point I'm still linking through youtube, since I can at least get it to work.

Heyy @stephanus cool video tutorial...
Truth be told I will never be able to do this stuff but the step by step build-up of the finished Tarot card is hugely interesting and of great benefit to those who can follow this kind of design technique :)
