Need Help With Setting Up OBS With DLive

So, a few minutes ago I attempted to stream onto dlive. I followed all of the instructions on the site, however the stream was just constantly buffering and OBS said that that I had dropped 99% of my frames.

Earlier tonight I was streaming to youtube and it was running completely fine with 1080p quality and running at 60fps. I was hoping that someone is able to help me fix this issue. I would appreciate any ideas anyone has as I would love to stream on dlive.

    When I streamed for the first time on @Dlive , I also had this problem.
    I lowered the settings to 720p and only 1000 kb/s and then it worked.
