Yeah it is 8:00 Eastern. Exactly with disc golf, that is absolutely right. You can get a cheap disc for 12-15 and a decent one for 20. We have a lot of great (free) courses around here in west michigan.

As far as the back, I had a back injury when I was 9 and it has always affected me in some way. In reference to what your father said, for me if my core is stronger it takes pressure off the lower back because your muscles support more of your weight.
