Here at Steem I have always tried to share my most useful knowledge. I am proud of what I have achieved, even if sometimes it seems that I have not achieved much.

I am a witness that you collaborate with the community, not only through the vote, but also with content that really changes the vision of many here and I include myself, if you think you have not achieved anything, then go back a little, when you only had 30 followers and your posts only had one or two comments (maybe one was spam), so today you have thousands of followers enjoying your content, a few months ago I came across one of your publications and from there I have been a loyal follower, learning a little bit about everything you publish, until I get to think about changing my style of eating, thank you very much for what you share!

Money is real power, not because it is paper, or gold, or encrpyted zeros and ones, but because it is a representation of the wisdom of the crowd, community agreement, and a unit which preserves, respects and honors human dignity, in saying: your body is yours, and you have a will, thus your time and efforts are valuable to you, and I will not steal them. I will trade you value for value, because I honor the divine value in you.

In the past it was seashells. They were just rare enough, and just plentiful enough, to serve as a workable currency. Some may scoff today at the idea of seashells as money, but they would be misunderstanding the very essence of money. Essentially, it’s a convenient unit of trade.

When we realize that value is subjective, in the eye of each individual self-sovereign and autonomous value-er, and that it takes agreement between individuals in a community to form a market, we see the real meaning of money: it is the human creative force in action, creating value “out of thin air.” It is a powerful, god-like act, which is why the creation of independent currencies has routinely been forbidden by governments and kings since time immemorial.

Money is the “blasphemous” idea that: I value you and your time, and expect the same from you. I wish to live in peace, security, happiness, and prosperity. Let’s create a system of exchange we can use in community to help each other, because in so doing, we find joy, and also help ourselves.

Hello @teamsteem

You are right. To some extent I should say money is even comparable to life itself cuz in most scenarios you find out that without money one just has to face death.

Some people could say that I simply keep repeating this like a mantra without doing much.

Who the hell said you ain't don't enough. Every sensible Steemian is grateful for your support. I personally am because I understand there are a lot of folks out there to help. Linear equality system doesn't allow indefinite upvoting. So you do the much you can and be at peace.

Money is only a limited right to control resources in a given time or period. Money is only as valuable as the resources it controls. The people who control less generally will suffer. In healthy economies often times you find greater distribution models.

So this right of control of resources are in the hands of a more balanced group of people. When you have a system that gives over control to a few. Then often times the economy is plagued with problems.

In my opinion resources should be controled on a meritocracy system. Your contributions to a group should be measured and resources distributed in that fashion. The system to give over the money should be done by a decentralized ai program that hopefully isn't hacked.

Even if it's hacked society should have the right to call together a tribunal or petition to examine those that control those resources without merit. In examples of inherited control of resources. These resources wouldn't be able to be granted on that alone. Just my view of money and how it should work lol.

The characteristics of money are durability, portability, divisibility, uniformity, limited supply, and acceptability. Crypto's have all the necessary properties except durability. But at least they are much better than FAIT. :)

Yes. Money Masters is an excellent documentary. The Creature from Jeckyll Island is also another similar documentary about the secret meeting on Jeckyll Island that led to the creation of the Federal Reserve.

Money matter is a serious one, it a kind of mysterious thing. I made a post related to this topic yesterday where i defined money as anything of value among the people as a medium of exchange. The circulation is something i never get to understand because even the poorest man on earth has money but the issue is not having it in abundant to meet his required and desired need. If money is too much in circulation the economist said it will lead to inflation or hyperinflation and because of this it is been regulated and it becomes scarsely available. With this i can come to conclusion that the inavailability of money to all men is the real deal and mystery behind it, it is a task human imposed on themselves. It is that element that propane us to do more and make life interesting for some and uninteresting for others.

Bookmarked that video for later consumption as a Dan fan. Back to the post title which speaks out my firm belief that money spell everything to stuff relate d to freedom. I'm not trying to be materialistic here but that's simply how this world works. Glad that crypto has enhance my ability to grab that freedom.

Very true. The current monetary system is flawed and one just have to keep fingers crossed on the positive impact of Cryptocurrency in fixing the malady in the world money system. I agree @teamsteem, money is the reason why I became a corporate slave. I need it for a food on our table, kids education and all basic needs. However, even if I work more than 10 hours a day, my salary is not enough for my family.

I am very impressed with your personal nature @teamsteem, all we must be able to share each other let alone the science of steem and lain.setiap people who feel that he felt happy and calm in the day, it is possible we indeed often provide benefits to others in the form of goodness.

Many successful people are good and always give peace to many people only by deed and often share about the knowledge he has, those far beyond the normal limits of people in general. Always feel happy about whatever is in front of us will make us feel more peaceful because our good deeds to others are done well.

Therefore I am personally very proud of you @teamsteem, you are a big one among us who are still below, at least we can get more knowledge steem from you.

The Steem blockchain is particularly revolutionary in its proof of brain approach. I can think of only very few places where the step-in to potentially making a revenue is as low as on Steem (and future dApps built upon the network).

Dan Larimer has created great blockchains already and there’s no doubt that EOS will be an exception to that. The man is revolutionary and undoubtedly one of the great of the cryptoscene so far. Hopefully he will also achieve to mainstream the creation of true social vertical mobility, as his networks so far have made (almost) possible.

The possibility that Dan Larimer at some point may be mentioned in the same breath as Satoshi Nakamoto isn’t a stretch nor an imagination. His by now notorious plan for crypto world domination is a true reality waiting to happen.

To many of us Steem is the stepping stone to a new, a better life.

But on topic. Yeah i think blockchain is a revolution, but the concept of digital money having value is not revolutionary at all imo.
Its just that we are so caught up on the status quo of seeing fiat as be all end all of currencies. Weve been raised almost accepting it as gospel.
Crypto takes us back in time and reevaluates: "Why does something have value"

I think money itself is not power but it has power and gives youTHE POWER. Like,say, food itself is not energy,it gives you energy when processed inside the body.Money exchanges the power of possession. It allows you to possess anything(materialistic,basically) for it's value. So a human tends to get attracted and desires to own whatever he sees. MONEY allows him to do so.
