Meeting Kent Founder Of DLive!

While in California, @karensuestudios, @acromott and I had the honor of meeting Kent aka @wa7, the founder of DLive.io The whole experience turned out to be really awesome for all of us.

Kent fun personality and genuine smile stood out from the very beginning. He was very happy to meet us and it showed. He even made sure to mention it more than once. He agreed to meet us the same day we contacted him, which meant he probably changed some of his plans to meet us.

We are the first DLivers he met, which made our meeting seem even more special. He also said this would probably be his first DLive appearance. I'm so glad he accepted to play along in one of our DLive video! Kudos to him!

I would have definitely enjoyed talking for many more hours than we did. There's something special about meeting very passionate Steemians and Kent is definitely one of those people.

I was particularly excited to meet him because of how important DLive has become, not only for me but for the whole Steem ecosystem. I first learned about DLive when Kent messaged me on Steemit chat to let me know what he was working on.

During our conversation, Kent shared some of the new exciting features the DLive team is working on, the amount of work already put into DLive, what inspired him to create it and more. The coolest part was listening to him talk about Steem and what makes him so excited and passionate about it.

He mentioned how revolutionary it was for Steemians to literally own part of Steem and how it really made people feel involved in a way they could never have been before on any other social network.

Steem is revolutionary in so many ways, it makes it hard to describe. Its potential is seemingly infinite. It benefits all of us, and Kent is one good example of someone pushing the limit of what Steem allows.

It's up to all of us to improve Steem and DLive! Let's work together to make them better!
