It was so much fun and it was such a good work out. I wish I had a pole at home and I wish I was stronger so I could do more pole tricks!
That pole is at one of Karen's friend's house. It's such a cool place to hang out and every pole trick make us want to do more!
I work hard and maybe someday I can be as good a pole dancer as @karensuestudios and her sister @polebird!
Oh and that girl at the end of the video, she was just very skillfully cleaning the pole obviously!

It is a very underrated sport, sometimes not even considered a sport, super hard to practice... I saw you trying some hard moves, but you will need some months of training before achieving it!!

@teamsteem I just thought of a challenge for you, and mostly because you have vlogged at most every vegan establishment in Portland. Annnnddd NO I'm not challenging you to go to the vegan strip club in Portland. THE CHALLENGE IS to vlog at an Anonymous for the Voiceless Portland chapter. You do not need to take part of the event, if you are not comfortable. At the least you can get some good footage. While a portion of the group wears anonymous masks, the events are super low key, and there is nothing to worry about going. If you feel up for it, you can hold a screen in the cube, or even do outreach without a mask on. Give me a couple days heads up, and there is a 90% chance I'll come, say hi, and vlog too. Check out some of my vlogs at AV events if you are unfamiliar of what I'm talking about.

I'm loving your mid-air walking moves @teamsteem you're a natural and already laying down the pole gauntlet with unique and original moves :D What a great way to build upper body strength .. I used to train in and practice martial arts (before an injury stopped me) funnily enough a pole would have fitted that routine perfectly! I will say that I viewed and practised martial arts as a beautiful and liberating dance of energy .. the western focus is more on the visceral fighting aspect :(

Hi @teamsteem, a few posts ago you mentioned Venezuela's rapid inflation. I would like to do a fundraising post to raise money for two Venezuelan Steemit users.
