I have always wanted to try doing "Spoken Poetry", and so I took this opportunity to do so. When I was younger, I used to join contests like monologue, declamation, oration, storytelling and the like. I guess my memory was superb that time because I find it easy to memorize long pieces.
There was even a time when I joined the storytelling and formal speech contest at the same time. I had to memorize two different lengthy pieces. I won the storytelling contest, but my luck for the formal speech dried up. hahaha~
