New Dlive App!

I received an email from the Dlive team this morning about the release of the new Dlive App for Android. I was so excited so I downloaded it instantly!

I am so impressed with the app it is so much easier to use than the browser on my phone. Navigation is good and easy to understand and there is now a fanbase section where people who follow you on Dlive can chat with each other.

One thing I would like for the app is the ability to go live from the app. It would be so convenient for me to start a stream on my phone and press go live on my OBS software on my PC. Then have a chat window on my phone. I use an Xbox one for gaming so I'm not next to my PC when I game. At the moment with the set up I can either, to go to my computer (away from where I Game) to see my chat and upvotes or use the browser in my phone. The browser option is a little clunky and cluttered with the other stream editing options on the page. It would be cool if the new app had a separate chat window to interact with viewers. This is something I would be stoaked to see implemented in the near future. I am so excited to see how the app improves over time.

I will be using Dlive a lot more now that this new app is released. I will be posting a lot more gaming videos of Fortnite, and We Happy Few when the full version is released in August. I have other games in store for the channel as well!

At the moment I haven't worked up the confidence to connect my mic to my videos but I will hopefully get some game chat videos in soon. I usually game chat with my game squad but they have moved on to playing Destiny 2. When they get sick of that we will get some games in together and have some game chat streams.
