@DLive is the decentralized Steem alternative to Twitch. Right now they are running a promotional campaign where they reward gamers for streaming on their platform in the form of upvotes.
I just tried hosting my first gaming related stream there myself, a session of agar.io

How do you streem with D.live say with an Xbox one? or is this only capable on PC games for the time being?

As far as I know its only possible to stream from computers at the moment. You need to use a free software called OBS Studio.
