As an experiment I am sitting today on "New" in Steemit... Tons of spam, tons of attention grabbers, 0 content... This is really sad.

Since its popularity boomed because of crypto stories, what is understandable, steemit gathers too much people who want to be rich fast and easily. Idea is great however people tend to think "What will gather upvotes" rather than "How to create good article that potentially can gather upvotes". Don't think it will ever change, matter of filters and patient follow / unfollow process ;)
