I was at the gym once, and forgot to turn off the treadmill when I got off. A few minutes later, this lady walked up to it, didn't realise it was on, stepped on it, and got zipped flat on her face.
It was one of those moments where you want to laugh loudly, but it's not socially acceptable... so you do it anyway.
