The Globalists you are talking about use nationalism to keep the masses under control.
They don't want a world without nations. They want all nations under central control. There is a huge difference. Without nations, they have no control.

The wars are just exercising of the control they already have. They use war to control the flow of resources (oil, drugs, gold, etc).
Larger (world) Governments need control of the smaller governments in order to keep the people under control.
Eliminate/disrupt the governments and the globalists lose all control.
