    i understand but i see no one post their original made memes they get from website or anywhere..then you should downvote all.what steemit is really doing>?

      what I mean by original is that someone has to make an effort. For example:
      you can use imgflip.com/memegenerator
      or at least put something creative in your post that makes it "fair use"
