On a serious note, one of the things that is most noticeable about Musk is that he has an alarming habit of making comments that are quite scary. Scary in two ways: they're believable (his comments on AI) and they are most likely to come true as well. A genius, yes, but also someone who will, I think, have quite the part to play in the next generation's lives.
