Hahaha its Damn True .. I am agree with you 100% 2.5 hour atleast spent with same situation after paying someone for upvote :P

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

    I think its not fair with those who are new in steemit. It damn takes lots of time to aknowledge and get upvotes.
