very unfortunately socialism kills individual freedom which is sacraficed for "the good of the collective masses" which are to be governed by a self selected elite oligarchy of mega wealth individuals.
Socialism/communism looks good from the shallow view of a printed page on the subject, or a well crafted video...but history has repeated the lesson many times...
