I works with some of the nicest iranian people in the world, they have brought in home cooked food and this is all persian and it tastes amazing.
My favorite is their home made kubida kebaba, it is one of a kind and the meet is amazing and the flavors are bang on for what I would expect from this kind of food.
There is a fried mash potato dish they do too with mint which I had never had before and to be honest was one of the nicest things I had ever tried.
Got to be said persians know how to cook.
