For thousands of years food has been used as medicine, as a tool to support our majestic human machine - body.
Original food has a powerful way to relate to our system and even determine how we experience ourselves here.
Take this smoothie, for example.
If you take it every morning for two weeks, not only you will help your system cleanse and rejuvenate, you will also look and feel lighter.
I used this recipe on myself for many years, and introduced it to hundreds of people I had an honor to assist. We are all simply amazed by the results.
The secret is in the combination of high quality ingredients that seem to work as a good team.
Here is the #recipe for you:
We need:
- 2 Bananas (or mango if you dont take bananas)
- 1 glass of fresh coconut water
- 2 T flax seeds + 1 T chia seeds, soaked overnight
- 2 cups of sprouts and fresh leafy greens (I like 5 day rotation rule - for example: sunflower sprouts with parsley today, kale with coriander tomorrow, spinach and watercress.... and so on).
- 1 T ginger, freshly grated
- 1 t Ceylon cinnamon powder
- 1/2 t cayenne pepper
- 1/2 T spirulina
- one probiotic capsule..... and some love.
Blend well, and have it slowly as the first meal of the day... preferably a few hours after your morning lemon water.
If the taste is too strong for your liking, add a few dates.
