Bernie Sanders is also going to speak- whatever you think of the dude he's a really effective communicator even at his age. He makes one of the best progressive arguments for Harris and the Democratic agenda.
Doug Emhoff is speaking as well. He's really good too. He's self deprecating and really good at elevating Kamala.
The lineup of Republicans speaking is packed too. Kinzinger and Duncan are really effective speakers. I expect those to be two damning speeches.
Day 1 exceeded my expectations. Warnock and AOC knocked it out of the park the first night. Hillary Clinton also was one of the better speakers of the night. And really powerful segments with women affected by abortion bans.
