He also expressed concern about the obstruction of China by attempting to declare Masse-A-Mohammed's mastermind Masood Azhar as a global terrorist. The US official said, "We believe that China has the responsibility to not defend Pakistan and also stand with the international community in inviting Pakistan to take action on terrorist organizations."
