EVERY CHILD HAS A STORY

It was a Saturday evening so I decided to attend a workshop organized for the young graduates. All the delegates were seemingly paired with opposite sex as though it was a couple's retreat then I began to wonder if I were in a wrong place. Even if I was, at the sight of her, I assured myself I was in the right place even if it means to maneuver my way in.

They were practically engrossed with their conversation that they couldn't even notice my arrival. I walked up to the seat where she was but she seemed not to notice, I feigned busy too watching her via my side view as she lustfully glances at me as if I owe her much apology for coming late.

Loveth is such a tall, curvy, with slender build up. Her dentition made me believe that her creator spent extra time for her. The way she stares at me each day we crosses path made me believe she was really into me. I have a dismal performance when it comes to talking to girls tet a tet, but today I decided to take advantage of this gathering.

My heart rattled in chase as I saw that many guys already paired were also setting up same target, it propelled me to act faster.

This encouraged me the more. I don't even mind the fact that my heart was pounding like a locomotive engines but I knew that the outcome would be blockbuster. We got ourselves locked in a conversations that we hardly knew when the program started. She would laugh at any slightest thing I said. Then my racing heart was almost finding her peace. "Why don't you like talking to me" she quizzed, giggling and twisting her long fingers. But I managed to control my overwhelming enthusiasm as to me it was like a jackpot.
The program had ended and we're already on our way back home as she saw my curiosity and indebtedness. With her sweet voice she Yelled...... Chris! Omg! To me it was as if my whole system stopped functioning because I felt weightless and special because the way she called my name made me to love my name more. I wanted to tell you something Loveth, I said. Something which has been bothering me I continued.
"Don't bother yourself dear" she said, "I already knew it" she continued. Now tell me, I pleaded with her emotionally. "You love me" she said. I screamed yeeeeees! You are in spirit I said. Apart from her beauty, she's also from a very good and decent Christian home. Such could be an ideal dream woman for every man I thought to myself. She was looking, smiling. Now can I tell you my mind, she interrogated. Sure! I affirmed. "If you know the bad side of my life will you still love me? She questioned, with endless tears rolling down her cheek, Yes dear I responded while drawing her closer to my chest. "It's, not like I don't love you, she said. "I am bisexual and don't know how to stop it, she said, looking out for what to hold unto, to support her weight. "My parents are bankers she said and don't have much time for me and my siblings" We have a lot of time to engaged ourselves into too many things thinking that we are doing the right thing. I got myself involved into bisexual act at the age of 10 with my family housemaid and have been into it till now am 24. I never knew it was bad until after the preaching last Sunday by our new Priest. Immediately after her explanations, it seemed, a cold water was poured on my warm heart with the whole feelings vanishing, but I've promised to still love her even though I find out how ugly and damaging, her stories. Moreover, it was part of her childhood mistakes. As I know, every child has a story to tell. Both good and bad.
What can I do, I have to help her wipe out her tears as I encouraged her to become a changed girl and live up to her dreams.
Don't stigmatize them or chastise them. Say NO to stigma. And help them reach out to their goals.
