A dog with a bone

Literally.
It has been 6 days since I've been able to get on here for any length of time. Well, that is, to post anything. I spent a considerable amount of time trying to catch up on my feed the other day, but OH, MY there's so much going on outside my little world!
Today, in an effort to get back to somewhat regular posting, I will simply leave you with a couple photos I took of Moxie yesterday and today.
Backstory: she is old and restless. She no longer plays with toys or chews on her hard chew bones. She just wants food when she is not sleeping.
Yesterday, while I was out shopping, I was reminded of the chew bones that are actually edible, and tend to last quite a bit longer than mere treats and cookies, but are much safer than rawhide.

She chewed for awhile and just wandered around with it in her mouth as she could not figure out why it was taking so long to eat this cookie!
I took it from her after she had it for awhile. Today I gave it back to her for a bit more. She is very silly with it.
