Saving A Dog From Being Run Over By Cars

I was outside looking at my lawn before I mowed it. I notice a car that seems to be following a dog that seemed to be a shepherd/husky mix. I noticed it looked like a friendly dog.

I figured that the car that was following it was trying to catch that dog. So I put down the watering can I was holding and knelt down to try to get the dog to come to me.

The dog came close then walked away. Then it went to my neighbor's house. So I approached the car that was following it.

I asked the girl in the car if that was her dog. She told me that it was not her dog, but she didn't want it to get run over.

She told me that she called a woman that rescues dogs and was hoping that she would come and maybe get the dog.

Then a young man and woman came with treats and threw them at the dog. I asked the girl in the car if those two own that dog.

She told me that those two seen her following the dog and wanted to help. Well the dog did come close to them and they tried to put a collar on the dog, but when the dog seen the collar he ran away again.

Then after sometime another woman comes and has a can of dog food that she opens and she lies down. Well the dog came to her.

The girl in the car tells me that, that woman is the woman she called that is a dog rescuer. Later I find that she has be rescuing dogs for about five years.

The dog comes close to eat some then runs away. So later the woman goes to another of my neighbor's front lawn and she lays down and the dog lays down too around her.

This is when I took a picture of them on the neighbor's lawn.

Then the dog walks away again and comes to the young woman with the young man. The woman that is the dog rescuer said she wished she had another dog with her.

The young man with the young woman says that he has a dog and went to go get his dog. Well the dog starts to follow the young woman that was with the young man.

Well, then the woman dog rescuer followed the young woman.

Then I was just talking to the girl in the car that was following the dog. I asked her if she likes to write.

She kind of looks at me a little strange, but I tell her that I write blogs and get rewards. I told the girl a little earlier that I took that picture, cause I blog about my day and that this might be a good story.

So as she is listening to me. I told her that the rewards are paid in a cryptocurrency. I asked if she knew what cryptocurrency was. She didn't know. I asked if she knew about Bitcoin.

She heard of Bitcoin, but didn't know too much about it. I told her that the cryptocurrency that she can get while blogging is called, Steem.

I pull out my phone and show her CoinMarketCap and I point to the Steem price and it was $2.34 at the time.

I told her that I started back in May of 2017 and have accumulated over a thousand Steem coins to this point.

I also told her that I just write about my day mostly. I went to the Steemit site and showed her my page.

I pointed to the last thing I wrote which had to do with Jesus and the Bible about taxes and tithes. Then I showed her the blog I wrote before that and pointed to my red car then to the blog about getting my car back from the mechanic.

I told her in that one I wrote about how that a new clutch and axles were put into that car.

Then I told her that she can write about what happened today about trying to save a dog from being run over by cars.

She told me that she is going to look into it.

At that time the woman dog rescuer came to us and told us that the young couple brought out their dog then the dog they were concerned about followed their dog into their backyard then the young woman shut the gate to their backyard.

The woman dog rescuer came back for her car and said she will go back to see if the couple needs help and the girl I was talking to was going there to see their address and to maybe advertise on Craigslist about finding a lost dog.

So it has and interesting outcome. Then they left and I went to go mow my lawn before I go and write about what happened this morning.
