Puppy Who Was Nearly Starved To Death Now Looks Like A Totally Different Dog

When rescuers found Angel, she was completely emaciated- weighing only 11 pounds and unable to walk.

Even though Angel was only hours away from her death, she hadn’t given up. Rescue From The Hart, an organization based in California received a call about Angel- a dog who had been purposely starved almost to death.
