That is a great selection of kid friendly doggies. But wait what about the labrador? I’m a lab person is why I say that. I imagine the list could be even longer. My brother has a bulldog and man is he funny and his 4 yr old twins absolutely love him.

good ,,, nice to meet you

I agree with the labrador. Golden retrievers, too, since those two breeds are very similar. I have had a lab for 7 years and I have to say, while he is dumb (in the lovable way), he is perfect for kids. Labs would never hurt a person and if you train them, or even just give them a lot of love, they won't even hurt other dogs. My dog is in his prime age where you'd expect him to be very dominant and defensive/offensive with other dogs, but he's still very playful.

All in all, labs are a must have on any "best dog" list!

I have an 11 year old yellow lab. He is about 110 lbs. he’s a big Goof. But he still acts like a puppy. I also have a lab/retriever mix. She is a bit smaller but still big. About 90lbs. I grew up with labs my whole life so I’m pretty biased. 😉. Even though the lab I had growing up was an amazing duck hunting dog he was the nicest dog in the world. But once the camo got broke out he would go nuts.

Very sweet :) nana Im introducemyself ?

thanks for you

very nice post. I had an english bulldog who passed away recently. He was 10 years old. I also have a maltese, who is super sweet and is great with children.
