Minty was at the Government Kennels, terrified after having been picked up by the dog catchers and all on her own. She's got almost no hair at all, but from what I can see she's going to be black with a white bib once she's been treated and has a full coat. For now it's a question of building up her strength and immune system by giving lots of good food, and helping her get over her fear.
