    absolutely...plse take a peak at my post up a short while ago...( I used my friend clive maund's chart)..quite generic...but my take..

    Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

    • Disagreement on rewards
    • Fraud or plagiarism
    • Hate speech or trolling
    • Miscategorized content or spam
