Week 14 (November 2018)

Welcome to Recent Developments. In this series I post about domain names that sold recently and have since become developed into an actual website. In other words, this is a focus on end user sales and what they are doing with their recent domain purchase!

End user info in the domain name industry can be extremely valuable. You can learn a lot from this type of data, because it shows you what an end user price was for a particular domain name. Hopefully you can apply that knowledge to your own domain investing both on the buy as well as the sale side. If you know what people are willing to pay for a domain it can help you price your domains right to sell.

On top of all that, it's fun to see what's new on the web!

Domains Recently Developed

I've got 3 domains to highlight this week that all sold last month, in October. All three of these domain names sold in the range of 1 to 2.5 thousand dollars. Let's take a look at what sold and was developed recently... Enjoy!

Inlogy.com

First up is Inlogy.com. It's a sort of a one word (made up) .com that sold for $2,500 dollars on October 4th, 2018 at Sedo. The end user is currently using the domain to redirect to a german domain of the same name, inlogy.de. It appears to be a site for a software developer located in Germany.

I like this name even though it's made up. I think it was a great buy for this end user as it allows them to expand their brand of the same name just now in .com.

InternationalRubber.com

Next we have InternationalRubber.com. This domain sold for $1,250 dollars on October 2nd, 2018 at BuyDomains. The domain was purchased by a company called, International Rubber, LLC. According to their site, they have a focus on tire recycling and environmentally conscious methods for managing end of life tire waste.

As this is an exact match of the company's name, I think this is a must have and a great pickup for them. Personally, I think the name is a bit long but it's is readable and definitely a must own for this end user.

YourSurgery.com

Finally, we have YourSurgery.com. This domain was sold for $2,100 dollars on October 2nd, 2018 at NameJet. The domain was purchased by a plastic surgeon by the name, De La Cruz. They have locations in the Houston, Texas area.

I like this domain name for them. It's an easy name to remember and say and fits perfect in this industry. This is my favorite name from today hands down. Great pickup for the buyer!
