Week of 03/18/19 to 03/24/19
Time to start this week off the right way with another top 20 domain sales. Looking over this list I'm seeing quite a few domains that I like and would have fit well in my portfolio. I recently had a decent domain sale that I would like to share however I think I'll save that for it's own post, we'll see. Anyway, whenever I do sell a domain I find myself looking at these lists a little more closely.
When I make a sale, I have money in my pocket and want to find additional domains at low prices to keep the portfolio fresh with good domains. These lists are a great way to see what's selling and be able to see if you are acquiring domains in a good niche or category. I'll give a hint about my recent sale, it was a .io domain and looking at this list I can see a .io made the top 20. My domain sale was also only 4 characters long and was a single word much like the one on this list!
For now, enjoy the Top 20 Domain Name Sales for last week that have been recorded by namebio.com

About the Names
We've got 15 .com domains on today's list. Followed by 1 .app, 1 .to, 1 .org, 1 .net, and finally 1 .io domain.
I like quite a few domains on today's list. I'm a fan of kbet.com, burlcom, mb.org, connectnow.com, memo.io, thinkinc.com, trueshare.com, and goodwall.com. Everyone of those fall into a category or niche that I buy in for domain investment. I have to say that mb.org (2 characters!) at 10k seems like a steal to me.
The one that really surprises me is number 2. I just dont see .app as a great space for investment however this name sold for 30k! I'm going to assume it's an outlier and these .app domains aren't commonly selling at that high of a price.
trueshare by far is the best pick I would think about
