LOVE AS A MEDICINE
Revisiting in the extraordinary world of knowledge, which means Internet for me (I suppose that for most people it is also), I have stumbled upon an extraordinary book by renowned author Bernie Siegel, entitled "Love, Miracle Medicine", conceptualized as an excellent printed work.
Out of curiosity, I began to read such a happy book and analyze it carefully; finding in its nutrients paragraphs and incredible stories presumptuously real, good points of view, contradictory opinions, enriching reflections, and interesting ideas (some of them I do not subscribe, others so if).
In summary, that manuscript is based on testimonies and "real" experiences of several patients of Dr. Bernie Siegel, from which an authentic message is transmitted: with Love and Faith, we all have the ability to heal ourselves.
That is, it is necessary to maintain a positive attitude towards life (regardless of the facts, although they can be very negative and even catastrophic, do you remember "Life is Beautiful"?). Therefore, we must always count on Love and Faith, as fundamental tools to face life and its adversities; In this area we must add understanding, compromise, acceptance, peace and adequate interaction with those around us.
Finally, I must emphasize that certainly Love is an excellent and miraculous medicine, without negative side effects. Love helps us to recover, reaffirm and strengthen the Faith and trust in ourselves, based on the best positive attitude for mental, spiritual, self-control of our thoughts, words, actions and our own life.
EL AMOR COMO MEDICAMENTO
Revisando en el extraordinario mundo del conocimiento, el cual significa Internet para mi (supongo que para la mayoría de las personas también lo es), me he tropezado con un extraordinario libro del reconocido autor Bernie Siegel, intitulado "Amor, Medicina Milagrosa", conceptuada como una excelente obra impresa.
Por curiosidad, comencé a leer tan dichoso libro y a analizarlo con detenimiento; encontrando en sus nutrientes párrafos e increíbles historias presúntamente reales, buenos puntos de vista, contradictorias opiniones, enriquecedoras reflexiones, e interesantes ideas (algunas de ellas no las suscribo, otras tantas si).
En resumen, dicho manuscrito está orientado en testimonios y experiencias "reales" de varios pacientes del Dr. Bernie Siegel, desde las cuales se transmite un mensaje auténtico: con Amor y Fe, todos tenemos la capacidad de curarnos a nosotros mismos.
Es decir, es necesario mantener una actitud positiva ante la vida (sin importar los hechos, aunque puedan ser muy negativos y hasta catastróficos, ¿recuerda usted "La Vida es Bella"?). Por lo tanto, siempre debemos contar con el Amor y la Fe, como herramientas fundamentales para enfrentar la vida y sus adversidades; en ese ámbito debemos sumar la comprensión, transigencia, aceptación, paz y adecuada interacción con quienes nos rodean.
Para finalizar, he de enfatizar que ciertamente el Amor es una excelente y milagrosa medicina, sin negativos efectos secundarios. El Amor nos ayuda a recuperar, reafirmar y fortalecer la Fe y la confianza en nosostros mismos, con base en la mejor actitud positiva para el autocontrol mental, espiritual, de nuestros pensamientos, palabras, acciones y sobre nuestra propia vida.
