WELLNESS HEALTHY
Wellness is understood as the transitory state of a person, who possesses all the things that are needed to live well and whose physical, mental and emotional conditions provide a feeling of satisfaction, happiness, tranquility, joy and peace.
Good Being or Good Existing?
Philosophically, Wellness can be explained in three general human senses, according to:
.- The first meaning, of the "Good Being" regarding the "I Am", for which each one of us orientates our Wellness on the basis of being a good person in transcendent aspects, such as honesty, morality, values, solid principles, goodness, ethics, solidarity, good habits, selfless help, honor, neatness, order, commitment, maturity, responsibility, intelligence, good attitude, efficiency, progress and loyalty, among others; as integral factors of intrinsic Wellness.
.- The second sense, of the "Good feeling" related to the "Internal I Am", implies a Wellness based on faith and fullness; that is, to feel good about oneself, to be satisfied and happy with "myself", and to be happy and grateful with life.
.- The third sense, of the "Good Exist" circumscribed to be and to feel satisfied with our environment and inherent in personal satisfaction as a way of life, of positive comfort; in conjunction with adequate parameters of health and physical-psycho-biological-spiritual balance, framed in personal, social, cultural, economic, family and professional success; and involving the general pleasure, the joy of living, the full harmony and the achievement of our goals.
Wellness and NLP
Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) is an excellent tool to help people achieve a balanced and sustainable Wellness; because NLP is based on pragmatic processes to develop successful models based on the aptitudes, competences, attitudes, convictions, values, self-esteem, security and progress of talented, successful people with the highest feelings of Wellness; and through observation is determined, how they are motivated, classified information, learn and manage their impressions, resolve conflicts, improve their interrelations, reason and make their decisions; to then retransmit them to their "clients" in need of advice and Wellness.
Therefore, through NLP, the "client" is recommended to acquire positive personal competences, which have been proven to achieve integrated Wellness success; all in terms of conflict management, harmonization, analysis of information, synchronization of activities, maturity, mental exercises and memorization exercises, responsibility and persistence, leadership strategies, management of meetings and public speaking and planning, among others; seeking to recognize and eliminate limiting factors and beliefs of the "client", such as resistance to change, conformist comfort, the presumption of not being trained, vices, taboos, fears and bad habits, despair, fanaticism, ignorance and mediocrity, among many others.
Wellness and Health
Although apparently rational, feel good and healthy, have Wellness and Health, seem to be expressions of equal meaning; they really are not, although they are united in their positive aspects, but confronted in their negative components.
That is to say, to enjoy good Health, means to enjoy the absence of diseases; therefore, a person is healthy, when he or she is in body and mind, physical and psychological; but having Wellness, is something more general that involves the body, the mind, the emotions, the intellectual and spiritual aspect, the sensations, the pleasures and even the social and economic.
In this sense, the persons can enjoy good health, but not being satisfied with their life, it is sure that they will not enjoy Wellness. In contrast, having health problems can hardly enjoy full Wellness.
That is to say, to have good Health is to maintain our body balanced, in optimal conditions to live; whereas, having Wellness is enjoying the best options to be able to live well and satisfied with oneself and in a pleasant, successful and comfortable environment.
On the other hand, in terms of associative similarities, Wellness is a direct consequence of having Health, since by enjoying good Health, the sensation of Wellness automatically increases, as we feel that we lead a harmonious, successful, satisfying life, full of happiness, tranquility, joy and peace.
Attract Wellness With Good Health
In summary, it is to emphasize that to enjoy Wellness, it is a necessary condition to enjoy excellent Health; Therefore it is essential to emphasize and commit to practice the appropriate behaviors that attract and maintain Health and Wellness, such as:
.- Be disciplined and maintain proper eating habits.
.- Take healthy vitamin and energy supplements.
.- Sleep between 6 and 8 hours at night, and rest between 30 minutes and an hour in the afternoon.
.- Exercise physically and mentally, practice some sport, jog, read, write, perform mathematical operations, play and have fun every day.
.- Listen to good music, enjoy at least one hobby, and complement with pleasant moments, both alone and with family and friends.
.- Enjoy healthy weekends and leave at least once a year on vacation.
.- Have good habits and healthy habits, both personal hygiene, behavior, manners and learning.
.- Do not smoke, do not use drugs. Do not drink alcohol excessively.
.- To reach enough maturity according to the chronological age.
.- Avoid stress, anxiety, sadness, worries and depression.
.- "A suggestion to people to try and pick out a hobby they can do alone or with others that makes them feel accomplished like photography, painting and or writing. It often helps others mentally if they feel as if they've been creative. I have found it helps me a lot and often helps relieve stress and anxiety."

Also, a suggestion to people to try and pick out a hobby they can do alone or with others that makes them feel accomplished like photography, painting and or writing. It often helps others mentally if they feel as if they've been creative. I have found it helps me a lot and often helps relieve stress and anxiety.
