Also not sure if you ever came across Dolores Cannon works on Nostradamus entitled "Conversations With Nostradamus", I belive there are 3 of them. Through regressive hypnotherapy, Dolores Cannon makes contact with the great Nostradamus. One intersting thing from this was that the client explains that one thing Nostradamus did was to put sand on a mirror and then trace symbols on the mirror with a quill, and then writes what he heard inside of his head, almost voices/messages coming to him.
