Donating Blood for The First Time

5 - 6 months ago, I was at my biggest badass weight, and tried to donate blood to help the community and people in need, especially in the hospital blood bank, always needs blood for transfusion and emergency medical care.

I was always intrigued and always wanted to help to donate blood. During that time, I have tried a couple of times to donate blood but all is a failure due to weight.

I made a decision to change my lifestyle and concentrate on healthy diet and EVERYDAY training and the picture below says its all!!

I am so happy that I made that turn 5 months ago and I will continue to do this lifestyle, thou sometimes I slack but heck its not everyday Sunday, right? ... hehe..

I have made it so you can do. Its all in the mind, all in the head to fix it. Consistency is the key. Sometimes and once in a while doesn’t cut it, it has to the consistency.

Donating Blood has made me a better healthier person and this will never end. People will need blood in the hospital, you will never know that one day you will also need blood also. “Help others to Help you”
