Hello Friends.. I want to make this Ulog a unique and useful one. So I make some research about "What does a brain do while at sleep?
Anyone know?
Alright! We cant explain why we dream but we can compare our brain as a night owl. 1/3 of humans lives spend in asleep. Sleep deprivation is deadlier than food deprivation. When the lights turn of at night your brain is releasing toxins, storing memories and making important connections.
I have a question in my mind. Do higher careers make more money because they get better sleep? Or do they sleep better because they have more money?
Sleep is the brains way of saying that 2groups of cells in the hypothalamus and the brain stem, a loss of consciousness known as slow-wave sleep. 45minutes after we lay down our muscles are relaxed and our breathing has slowed. I know most of us experienced that.
This is the sleep stage when the brain recovers from its daily activity and uses. Time to create and store new memories, learn and retain information. A better sleep can improve retention by as much as 40% brain becomes highly active called paradoxical sleep, it's as if you're awake! Your breathing gets faster, your heart rate increases, your eyes flutter randomly while the rest of the body remains paralyzed and yet you can still run, jump, fly and freefall because your dreaming.
I know all of you agree. Thank you for reading.
