Does Anyone Know How to Become Queen in Dota Chess ?

I'm playing this game for almost 2 months , however I eventhough I don't want to admit I suck , I find this game quite RNG eventhough it have some inside mechanics it feels impossible to rank up in the ladder when you lose you instantly derank 3-4 leagues I don't get it how people reached queen legend in this Rng casino game it should be played in Vegas !
