Downward facing Dog pose is mostly used in yoga practices. This pose can be done by beginners. It stretches and strengthens the entire body. It is a very Common Exercise, hope you all are aware of this exercise.

Downward facing dog pose Benefits:

  • It helps to keep our hands, wrists, low-back stronger.
  • It helps in decreasing the back pain, since it strengthens the whole body.
  • It also helps in reducing headaches and tensions and makes our head relax.
  • Reduces anxiety
  • Helpful for Respiration and full body circulation.

Precautions:

(☠) Avoid in late term pregnancy.
(☠) If you are suffering from any recent chronic injury then do not try this.
(☠) Avoid if you have carpel tunnel syndrome (It is compression of the median nerve at the wrist, which may result in numbness, tingling, weakness, or muscle atrophy in the hand and fingers. The disease typically affects the thumb, index, and middle fingers and is often particularly troublesome at night).
