You can't earn 200 Steem (Power) in 3 months with an incoming delegation of 2000 Steem Power.
And @akomoajong already mentioned the fact that you can get a delegation of 2000 Steem Power for 3 months by spending less than 130 Steem.

This offer is at 22 APR and the best offer already in the market is at 20.1 APR. This means that this would probably be the best offer and it would appear at the top. As such, you can reduce the rate (APR) to play with the market while paying less than 130 Steem.

As stated by others, you can lease more than 2000 sp with 200 steem. But I would break it up and lease smaller amounts. I do lease delegated sp and you never know when the person might need it back, so it is best to spread it out.
