Cool! I'm seeing a lot of guilds being formed, so far. It's very exciting. As for the contests, I like @contestkings philosophy of "no upvote, no resteem, no follow" contests and giveaways. It's a great way to encourage real participation within the blockchain.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
