In the event of natural calamities, typhoons, earthquakes, fires and others;where will you entrust your donation, whether in cash or goods?

This question is triggered by the on-going calamity experienced by the people of Batangas Philippines, as the Taal Volcano which is dormant for many decades is now erupting and thousands of people are fleeing their homes and their community being devastated.

Or at least I will try that. Those situations are chaotic.
Anyone, including me/us can be affected in them.
Luckily I have not experienced typhoons, earthquakes, fires, nor other natural calamities. I hopefully will not experience these in the future either.
