Did you eat too much for Thanksgiving?

This is how many Americans feel after a large Thanksgiving meal, when the tryptophan starts to take effect.

  • Yes, I'm in a food coma

  • We don't celebrate Thanksgiving in our country

  • I ate just enough

  • No, I'm watching my weight

  • I'm Canadian and celebrated it in October

  • I'm vegan/vegetarian

I would not mind if we began picking up this tradition tough; turkey meals are amazing. But we typically eat that on New Year's Eve instead.

In Canada, we have it for our Thanksgiving in October and also for Christmas.

Oh, that's nice. Can't have too much turkey ;) Is the the Christmas dinner in Canada, or just a common thing to eat during the holidays?

Turkey is the most common Christmas dinner for Canadians.

Ah, I see. Thanks for the answer :)

Thanksgiving is only celebrated in the US and Canada. So no obligatory family dinners here, fortunately
